Founder Chlöe Gibbions has been deeply involved in the industry since 2018. With experience both working at major fashion brands and as a social media influencer herself. She's led campaigns for iconic brands and worked with some of the biggest talent in the business. Her expertise has been featured in top publications like Business Insider, The Impression, Prolific North, and CORQ. Chlöe continually leverages her extensive knowledge of the influencer landscape to elevate digital talent's careers. Committed to sharing her insights and empowering others to unlock their full potential and build successful creator journeys.

Claire is passionate about building authentic relationships and supporting creators to grow, thrive and unlock their full potential.

Talent Manager
Summer is a Talent Manager with experience working across PR, celebrity and influencer campaigns. She has in depth experience working with a range of clients including a-list household names and assisted these on projects such as podcasts, broadcast and editorial. Summer is passionate about providing efficient and supportive client service.

Laura is a Talent Assistant at Ours Agency, supporting creator relations across gifting, events, and campaign logistics. Coming from Depop with an LVMH certification in Creation & Branding, she brings a genuine love for fashion, hands on making, and visual culture to the team.
